Fiji hosts international Hair Show with De Lorenzo – and we were there to show off our make up skills
De Lorenzo, one of Australia’s leading hair product manufactures were in the country on a seminar at the Sofitel Resort & Spa September 2015.
Known for their outstanding high fashion hair style shows that set them apart from the others, their work has been featured on International Fashion Magazines and on many of Australia’s Fashion shows and runaways.
We were delighted to have been asked to assist the team of Professional hair stylists from all over Australia with the Makeup for their “show and tell” seminar here in Fiji.
This was a fantastic challenge for our team as we had to step out of our comfort zone from the glam soft makeup look we usually do at weddings, to crazy stage makeup in bright and bold hues.
Creating themed makeup looks from bedazzling Cleopatra blue and gold, to Mermaid themed rainbows of sea coloured makeup and Sunset shades of orange and yellow makeup, we created looks showcased by each stylist presenting their unique look on stage.
Our team of three stylist completed 13 girls within a three and a half hour time slot.The show was a success as the De Lorenzo team were certainly pleased with the finished makeup looks we had done on the models.
